CIIIS is a NEW designation earned by the Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Lawyer, and CPA who commits to excellence in providing "World Class" services to assist the foreign national in their arrival into the USA by providing Immigration related services, Business Structure, sound investments strategy, Real Estate services, and Tax accounting.  We work Globally thru relationships to connect Worldwide business to our International local markets.  We focus on the training process of each individual along the way.   

These courses are for today's market leaders.   CIIIS (pronounced 'seize') the days and the four core topics:

• IMMIGRATION (E1 & E2 Treaty, EB5, L1, HB1 VISAS),
  
• TAXES (Developing strategies for both Personal and Social Capital and Tax savings),
  
• BUSINESS STRUCTURE (US Corps, LLC's Sole Propriotorships, creating a business platform for Immigration purposes)
  
• CREDIT & BANKRUPTCY (Proper use of credit and the ultimate loan modification, Bankruptcy). 
  

Learn how to reach Worldwide markets, establish a Global outreach referral network thru CIIIS membership, virtually socialize across neighborhood, state, country and the world.  It all begins in 2011.  This course has 12 hours CE in Georgia.  At the end of the course you will be CIIIS certified and will become part of the CIIIS community and join the CIIIS membership network.
